Maple Iced Tea
After a hot, summer day on the farm, this refreshing iced tea quenches our thirst. It’s sweetened with only maple syrup, leaving just the right amount of flavor. I usually make it a day ahead to allow it to chill in the fridge. Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 Quarts (or 8 cups) of HOT water
6 tea bags - I use inexpensive Red Rose black tea
1/3 cup Dark HHF Maple Syrup
Lemon wedges, to taste
Directions
Mix HOT water and maple syrup in your favorite pitcher.
Add 6 tea bags and let steep for 20-30 mins. Remove tea bags.
Place cooled tea with lemon wedges in fridge overnight.
Serve over ice on a hot, summer day!
